Lisè is a Master Facilitator and her background includes Multi-cultural Recruiting Practices, Corporate Inclusion Strategies, Diversity/Commonality Program development and managing training organizations at Bank of America, Fleet Bank, Summit Bank, and others. She specializes in Behavioral Coaching, and Adult Learning Methodology.

Lisè Schwartz - began her own practice after over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies spearheading change and development through training, communications, organizational development and the innovative use of media.


An award winning producer and director, Ms. Schwartz was the Training Director for Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank), heading the retail training aspect of many major acquisitions and mergers, and was the Director of Organizational Development at Medco, launching the very first Leadership Development program there. 


Ms. Schwartz has supported such diverse organizations as AT&T (Digital Life), Xfinity (Signature Support), National Grid (Public Utility - Gas & Electric), Unilever, First Niagara Bank, Philadelphia Federation, Capital One Bank, National Penn Bank, TD Bank, Univest and BCCC Center for Workforce Development (Vertical Screen) to name a few.

About

After successfully launching a Career Change program for a global utility company in 2012, Ms. Schwartz began working with a new segment of the workforce; the career transition candidate.  Her practice has grown to include developing emerging careers and reinventing candidates by helping translate skills and competencies from one industry or role, to another.  Resume writing, LinkedIn profiles and job searching and interviewing techniques are coached in a one on one environment.
